For inside Qatar we provide our self shipping method which costs based on area. For outside the Qatar, we ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex.

Usually, inside Qatar, we deliver your orders within a few hours. Some order becomes delayed which we deliver on the next day. For outside the country, we provide the tracking number to the customer to track shipments.

Yes, we ship internationally. For international orders, cash on delivery isn’t allowed. You must have to pay online to proceed the order.

The couriers who deliver your shipment will unfortunately not be able to accept your returns. We have a policy to make a schedule for return via courier. Just let us know through any one of our customer service channels and we will arrange for return.

No, it’s not compulsory to create an account to make an order. You can checkout as a guest. However, we suggest creating an account to save the address for the next order and to get an alert on sale notification. 

We will only refund the total amount of the returned items excluding the shipping fee to your account wallet.

Yes, we accept exchange items within 15 days from the purchase date due to any valid reason. We don’t give a cash refund for any order. To exchange any items, the customer should pay the delivery/return charge.
